Payment terms

•Payment for services must be made in full with me, in advance of any training sessions taking place.

•All personal training sessions are 60 minutes in length.

•Bank transfer or PayPal only.

Cancellations

•Failure to cancel within 24 hours to the day of the session will result in being charged the full session rate.

Late arrivals

•If you’re late for your session, your session length will be deducted accordingly, and you will be charged at the scheduled rate.

•If you’re more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full session.

Refunds

•If you are unable to continue your scheduled personal training sessions due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for the remaining sessions. You will need to submit a letter from your doctor clearly stating exercise restrictions prior to a refund being given.

•Compassionate reasons are exempt from the above and will be taken into consideration.

•Refunds are not provided under any other circumstances.

Misc.

•Should you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury, during any of your sessions, please inform myself immediately, then I will ensure that appropriate action is taken.

•Prior to and/or during the course of your training, health concerns may arise that may require further input from your doctor, physiotherapist, or other allied health professionals. I may request your assistance in obtaining that information. Always consult your own GP if you're in any way concerned about your health or anything associated with it.

•Please be aware that as your Personal Trainer I cannot diagnose and/or prescribe treatment for any form of injury, disease, or other medical problem.

•Prior to our first session or the beginning of a programme you must complete a health questionnaire form once. If anything changes with your health it is up to you to inform me.

•Any exercise holds an element of risk if undertaken without supervision. Exercises included in Dan Chipp Fitness personal training sessions and online programmes are recommendations only and are performed at your own risk. Please consult a doctor if necessary before you attend a personal training session or perform any of the exercises mentioned on programmes produced by Dan Chipp Fitness. If you feel any discomfort or pain during exercise, stop immediately.

•The exercises suggested in any personal training session or online programme should not be treated as a substitute for advice from your own doctor or physiotherapist. Any application of exercises suggested is at the client’s sole discretion and risk. Dan Chipp Fitness accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries caused directly or indirectly through the performing of any exercises given within personal training sessions or online programmes.

•Consistency, accuracy of form and enough time will produce results alongside a balanced diet, however if you have any concerns please e-mail me regarding your progress.

•I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
